Disclaimer & Privacy Policy

Applies to: Ender, Ender Network, Ender Protocol, $ENDER token, and any connected tools, software, sites, or interfaces.

1. Privacy Commitment

Ender is built on decentralized principles. It does not collect, store, or process any personal or identifiable user data by default.

  • No Accounts Required: You can interact with Ender without creating an account or sharing personal details.

  • No Centralized Surveillance: Ender does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services that monitor your behavior across sessions.

  • Third-Party Tools: Wallets, APIs, or third-party interfaces that interact with Ender may have their own data collection policies. Please review those independently. Ender does not assume responsibility for third-party services.

Your Role: You are solely responsible for how you engage with any tools, contracts, or services built on or interacting with Ender.

2. Developer Preview Notice

Ender, including its modules and the $ENDER token, is in active development and offered in a Developer Preview state unless stated otherwise.

That means:

  • Some features may be incomplete or unstable

  • Performance and security may not yet meet production-grade standards

  • The protocol is made available for testing, prototyping, and innovation

Use it as a sandbox, not a finished product.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

All actions taken through Ender—whether initiated by AI agents, smart contract automation, or voice-command modules—are initiated entirely at your discretion and risk.

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Financial interactions (e.g., transactions, gains, or losses)

  • Ethical or personal implications of automated decisions

  • Cultural, religious, or legal considerations

Ender does not guide, endorse or moderate how it is used. Developers, contributors, and ecosystem participants assume no responsibility for the outcomes of your actions, decisions, or configurations.

You are expected to conduct your own due diligence and ensure that your use complies with your local laws, personal values, and ethical or religious beliefs.

4. Jurisdictional Limitations

Ender is not intended for use by individuals or entities located in the United States or its territories.

If you choose to access or interact with Ender or $ENDER from a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or regulated, you do so at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure full legal compliance.

The Ender project and its contributors accept no liability for misuse or unauthorized access from restricted regions.

Ender is a neutral protocol layer for AI-driven intent execution and coordination. It does not advocate for, align with, encourage, represent, or endorse:

  • Any political ideology

  • Religious belief system

  • Cultural movement

  • Financial agenda

What Ender becomes depends entirely on the community that builds with it or the individual that makes use of it in any way.

6. Token Disclaimer – $ENDER

By holding or using $ENDER, you acknowledge:

  • It carries no promise of profit or appreciation
